ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 13, 2021) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Ignatius (DDG 117) receives fuel from the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS William McLean (T-AKE 12) during a replenishment-at-sea evolution, May 13, 2021. Paul Ignatius and William McLean will participate in exercise At-Sea Demo/Formidable Shield, which is a joint live-fire integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) exercise conducted by Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO on behalf of U.S. 6th Fleet.
