GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (May 2, 2021) Navy Exchange (NEX) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, opens its store early so Sailors assigned to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Sioux City (LCS 11) could safely shop. The NEX also set up a pop-up souvenir store for the Sailors to shop. The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is comprised of 14,000 personnel worldwide facilitating six business lines, NEX retail stores, the Navy Lodge Program, Telecommunications Program, Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility, Ships Store Program and the Uniform Program Management Office.
