PACIFIC OCEAN (April 29, 2021) Engineman 3rd Class Jovahny Berthoumieux, from Port Au Prince, Haiti, conducts maintenance on a seven-foot rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) aboard amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). Sailors and Marines of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) are conducting routine training off the coast of southern California.
