PACIFIC OCEAN (April 20, 2021) U.S. Marines with Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/1, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), load onto an MV-22B Osprey aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) during a tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel exercise. Sailors and Marines of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 11th MEU are conducting routine training off the coast of southern California.
