SANTA RITA, Guam (Apr. 20, 2021) Deputy Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, Rear Adm. Robert T. Clark exits an expeditionary camp static display with Lt. Cmdr. Jeremiah P. Smith, Officer-In-Charge of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam while visiting Camp Covington on Naval Base Guam. During the visit NMCB 11 Det. Guam demonstrated many capabilities of the Naval Construction Force including Airfield Damage Repair and Port Damage Repair. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
