Rafael Felix, a reconnaissance Marine with the All Domain Reconnaissance Detachment, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, descends a ladder from amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) onto a rigid-hull inflatable boat. The Marines and Sailors of the 11th MEU are conducting routine operations with the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG). Pearl Harbor is underway as part of the Essex ARG in U.S. 3rd Fleet.
