ARABIAN SEA (April 28, 2021) Sailors attached to the guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58) man the rails as Laboon approaches the Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE-8) for a replenishment-at-sea in the Arabian Sea. Laboon is supporting the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group while deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area and conducting naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
