DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (April 26, 2021) Utilitiesman 2nd Class Kenneth Massey moves a buoy clump to the C-Site Horizontal Directional Drill exit point. This mark will allow Underwater Construction Team TWO divers and HDD Contractors to measure how close the drill has exited to its intended mark. Task Force 75 is 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task force and is responsible for the planning and execution of maritime security operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving, engineering and construction, and underwater construction throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
