Gene Cash, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), remove trash and debris from a two-mile stretch of road in Mechanicsburg as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) state-wide Adopt A Highway program.
