TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 24, 2021) Builder Constructionman Alexander Brienen, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, utilizes a concrete vibe to prevent concrete from clumping together during the placement of proposed bollards at Tinian Harbor. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
