TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 24, 2021) Steelworker Constructionman Adam Steeves, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses a rake to remove excess concrete after completion of a bollard concrete placement for the ongoing Tinian Harbor Repair. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
