QUONSET POINT, R.I. (April 5, 2021) Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas W. Harker signs the General Dynamics Electric Boat (EB) Quonset Point Facility “Secretary of the Navy Post” after a tour. Harker traveled to New England to visit industrial construction and maintenance locations to view current work, tour facilities and to discuss industrial base economic wellness and workforce health.
