GULF OF OMAN (March 22, 2021) Seaman Noel Camacho, assigned to the guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58), communicates to the bridge watch team during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7) in the Gulf of Oman.
