SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 10, 2021) Builder 2nd Class Joshua Kim, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, ground guides a telehandler for Expedient Small Asset Protection construction training as part of joint exercise Cope North.
