ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 28, 2021) U.S. Navy medical personnel provide care to a role player with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) while participating in a simulated mass casualty evolution during Composite Unit Training Exercise (COMPTUEX) aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) on Feb. 28, 2021.
