DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (March 12, 2021) Builder 2nd Class Carl Rosengren, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, repairs weathered fencing at the contractors' chapel to increase aesthetics and strengthen the partnership with the contractors on the island. NMCB 4 is forward‐deployed throughout the Indo‐Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance, and disaster relief and provide general engineering and civil support to the U.S. and Joint Forces.
