ARABIAN SEA (March 18, 2021) Sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58) refuel an Airbus NH-90 E, attached to the French aircraft carrier FS Charles de Gaulle (R 91), in the Arabian Sea, March 18, 2021. Laboon is supporting the Charles de Gaulle Carrier Strike Group while deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area and conducting naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
