TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (Feb. 17, 2021) Equipment Operator 3rd Class David Montenegro, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, operates a D6K preforming earthmoving operations to level an area to support equipment storage on Camp Tinian. The camp will support future Naval Construction Force and U.S. Marine Corps operations on Tinian. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
