TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (March 15, 2021) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 install formwork alongside rebar in preparation for the mooring bollard concrete placement at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
