BAUCAU, Timor-Leste (Feb. 13, 2021) Equipment Operator Constructionman Jacob Licea, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, utilizes the skidsteer to conduct earthwork to begin the foundation of the three-room schoolhouse in Seical. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance, and disaster relief operations.
