YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 17, 2021) Civilian and military personnel onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) participate in a COVID-19 vaccine distribution exercise for front line essential personnel at CFAY�s Hawk�s Nest. Personnel from ships as well as from Department of Defense Education Activity, and CFAY�s Child & Youth Programs received their vaccines during the event. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
