(March 10, 2021) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Sergio Velez-Valentin, assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, operates a grader to level the ground during an airfield damage repair familiarization training on board Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme.
