QATAR (Feb. 7, 2021) A U.S. Navy hospital corpsman with Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines, attached to the Special Purpose Marine Air - Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Central Command (SPMAGTF-CR-CC) 21.1 instructs a Qatari marine on how to apply a tourniquet in Qatar, Feb. 7, 2021. The training was part of a subject matter expert exchange to strengthen ties between the two forces.
