PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Feb. 26, 2021) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday awards Lt. Brian Larson the Naval Helicopter Association Air Vehicle Operator Instructor of the Year award at Naval Base Ventura County. During his trip to San Diego, Gilday visited a variety of commands, including units assigned to Commander Navy Region Southwest, Naval Information Warfare Systems Center, and U.S. 3rd Fleet, where he met with Sailors and Marines to hear their concerns.
