TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Feb. 9, 2021) Ensign Maggie Martins, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, assists in passing out food to Tinian citizens at the COVID-19 Food Distibution to help provide relief and aid to those impacted by the recent pandemic. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
