Fred Schenk, commanding officer of Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), presents Industrial Processes Deputy Director Savanna Massey, FRCSE�s Dora Quinlan 2020 Mentor Award. The award is named after former FRCSE Business Operations Director Dora Quinlan, who earned the first Mentor of the Year Award from Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers and lost her final fight with cancer in 2016.
