CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (Feb. 5, 2021) Sgt. Seungwan Ha administers the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to Chief Damage Controlman Solita Livingston at Navy Branch Health Clinic Chinhae. Soldiers assigned to the 549th Medical Hospital Center, 65th Medical Brigade administered the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, on a completely voluntary basis, to Sailors who were identified as front line personnel by their commands.
