SOUTH CHINA SEA (FEB. 09, 2021) The guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) and the guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) steam alongside the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). The Nimitz and Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Groups are conducting dual carrier operations in the Indo-Pacific in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
