MANAMA, Bahrain (Jan. 28, 2021) Chief Master-at-Arms Ralph Garcia receives his combination cover from Chief Master-at-Arms Jessica Myrick during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. Over 70 Sailors from various commands on NSA Bahrain were promoted to the rank of chief petty officer. NSA Bahrain enables the forward operations and responsiveness of U.S. and allied forces in support of Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central’s mission to provide services to the fleet, warfighter and family.
