David Wilson, sergeant major of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) and U.S. Navy Command Master Chief Harlan Patawaran the wing command master chief of 3rd MAW prepare to receive the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination at Naval Medical Center San Diego, Jan. 22, 2020.
