Slavonic, honors World War II Veteran Daniel Crowley during an award ceremony at the Bradley International Airport's Air National Guard Hangar. Daniel Crowley was awarded an honorary Combat Infantryman Badge in recognition of his actions in the Philippines while fighting against the Japanese, as well as a Prisoner of War Medal.
