CAMP LEMMONIER, Djibouti (Jan. 5, 2021) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (Retired) Jim Herdt shares wisdom and lessons on leadership with a group of Sailors training to become Chief Petty Officers at Camp Lemonnier from his Alabama home. Herdt spoke with the group remotely for nearly two hours, answering questions, telling stories and giving the new generation of leaders courage.
