INDIAN OCEAN (Dec. 26, 2020) The Fleet replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) pulls along side the Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel "Woody" Williams (ESB 4) to conduct a fueling-at-sea. Hershel "Woody" Williams is on its inaugural deployment in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa area of responsibility in support of maritime missions and special operations.
