Matthew Tovar, a digital wideband systems maintainer with Marine Wing Communications Squadron (MWCS) 18, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, fires an M16A4 rifle in the supported standing position during ground combat table 4 at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 21, 2020. The training was conducted to comply with the Commandant of the Marine Corps’ Force Design 2030 training guidance to increase the warfighting capability of the Marine Corps.
