PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec. 18, 2020) The aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and the Arleigh-burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) transit the Pacific Ocean Dec. 18, 2020.
