YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 13, 2020) Culinary specialists from the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Jewel of the East Galley participate in a Valentine's Day inter-service bakeoff and cake decorating contest at Club Alliance, Feb. 13, 2020. The bakers were given two hours to prepare and decorate their cakes with the winning team receiving gift cards. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
