MISAWA, Japan (Dec. 16, 2020) Utilitiesman 2nd Class Jason Noel, assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East, Misawa Detachment, knocks down dangerous ice dams from a rooftop at Naval Air Facility Misawa.
