MARINE CORPS AIR STATION FUTENMA, Okinawa (Dec. 8, 2020) U.S. Navy Corpsmen with Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) board an MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Reinforced), 31st MEU, during En Route Care training as part of MEU Exercise at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 8, 2020. En Route Care allows Navy Corpsmen to give medical aid to patients while flying in aircraft. The 31st MEU, the Marine Corps' only continuously forward-deployed MEU, provides a flexible and lethal force ready to perform a wide range of military operations as the premiere crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific region.
