Bellon, Commander, Marine Forces Reserve, and first lady of the United States, Melania Trump, pass out toys at a Toys for Tots event at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., Dec. 8, 2020. The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program was founded in 1947 by Maj. Bill Hendricks, USMCR.
