MANAMA, Bahrain (Dec. 2, 2020) Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment) Charles Williams, Jr., speaks with Master-at-Arms 1st Class Jason Grooms while touring a harbor security boat during a tour of Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. Williams visited NSA Bahrain to review the installation's energy, infrastructure, warfighting and environmental operations and capabilities.
