CAMP HANSEN, Okinawa (Dec. 4, 2020) U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), hand deliver chow to every room with a quarantined Marine on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 7, 2020. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all Marines coming from another country are quarantined for at least 14 days and all chow along with other necessities are delivered to them. The 31st MEU, the Marine Corps' only continuously forward-deployed MEU, provides a flexible and lethal force ready to perform a wide range of military operations as the premier crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific region.
