(June 5, 2020) Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division's (NSWC IHD) chemist John Kelley of the Research and Technology Division fills a bottle of hand sanitizer at NSWC IHD as part of a cooperative research and develop agreement (CRADA) with Blue Dyer Distilling Co., June 5. Since signing the CRADA in April, the two parties have worked together to produce more than 200 gallons of hand sanitizer for approximately 45 federal, state and local agencies and nonprofits.
