YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 7, 2020) – Chief Quarter Master Henry Harris, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), highlights different aspects of the CFAY harbor with Air Force Lt. Gen. Kevin Schneider, Commander, U.S. Forces Japan, during a tour aboard the Valiant-class harbor tug Menominee (YT‑807). For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
