DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti (Dec. 2, 2020) U.S. Army Soldiers of the Civil Affairs East Africa Team, in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and stationed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, provide personal protective equipment (PPE) for the National Office of Water and Sanitation (Office National De l'Eau et de L'Assainissement - ONEAD) in Djibouti City, Dec. 2, 2020. The PPE consists of masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and alcohol solution for disinfecting. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
