YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 2, 2020) Rear Adm. Butch Dollaga, Commander, Submarine Group 7 and Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) Rear Adm. Jeong, Sung Kyun, Commander, Submarine Force, show each other the Memorandum for the Record they jointly signed virtually during the 51st iteration of the semiannual Submarine Warfare Committee Meeting (SWCM). The two leaders met via videoconference this year to demonstrate their joint commitment to tracking and improving submarine warfare training and integration between the two navies.
