EAST CHINA SEA (Nov. 28, 2020) Sailors form a working party to stow away supplies aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) during a replenishment-at-sea with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Mashū-class fast combat support ship JS Ōmi (AOE-426). McCain is assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
