CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (Nov. 24, 2020) U.S. Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Aviation Lt. Gen. Mark Wise operates a virtual reality flight trainer device, part of Naval Aviation Training Next - Project Avenger, during a visit to Training Air Wing 4 aboard Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Nov. 24. Project Avenger is a prototype syllabus designed to train naval aviators to a greater level of proficiency in a shorter period of time than the traditional syllabus to increase fleet aviator availability.
