Terry McNamara, chief staff officer at Commander of Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Command Master Chief Derek Mullenhour, CFAY's command master chief, and food service specialists assigned to the Jewel of the East Galley prepare Thanksgiving to-go meals for installation and tenant command watch standers and personnel in a restriction-of-movement status. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
