SANTA RITA, GUAM (Nov. 23, 2020) Sailors assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723) fold the national ensign during a retirement ceremony for Machinist�s Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class Nicholas Miller on the pier onboard Naval Base Guam. Miller is retiring from the Navy after serving 21 years. Oklahoma City is one of four forward-deployed submarines assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 15 out of Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
