SAN DIEGO (Nov. 6, 2020) Equipment Operator 3rd Class David Anderson assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 drills lift points into material to be crane lifted. NMCB-4 is conducting pile driving for a Short Approach Lighting System for Naval Air Station North Island.
